My work is an ongoing collection of artifacts that stand as representations of the act of painting. For me, the dutiful and sublime act of painting is a celebration and ritual of creation that marks a connection of the formless to form; a process that can embody the spiritual self. It is simply with the form of paint and color that these objects can function as a gateway for others to experience the formless. These objects are the physical artifacts of the spirit of creativity. Therefore, the paintings must speak for themselves; I cannot speak for them. Many of the titles, if titled, describe the musings that punctuate a completion or abandonment of each project
